FireFox tip of the day

Someone showed me this little tab short cut today.

IF you put a pipe (|) in your Home page URL preference, after your first one and next (http://www.google.com|http://www.gmail.com|http://www.apple.com) it will open the URL after the pipe in a new tab on start up.

Still finding cool things about mozillia/firefox since 8/29/02

I was working on transferring files last night from My wife's iMac to my iBook and setting up my old g3 server so I can use it to host a dog cam while I go on vacation so my wife can see how the dog are doing (that and I wanted to see how hard it is to set one up). When I realized I should have quit construction years ago cuz' this is ten times more fun than that and I could have three more Macs.

"Mike what would you do with three more Macs?" well I'm glad you asked. I would put one in the kitchen (so I can surf and cook, maybe even download a receipt on surf-n-turf)one in the garage (when I finish the garage)to look up car stuff and tune up the newer cars then I would have one to lend out because lets face it if I had to lend out one of my five macs I would be lost.

man....... I need help

The weather is here, wish you were beautful.
We me and the little misses had a good time in Sandestin Fl. My wife had a convention to go to(AGC) for the last 5 days and between the food and the meetings I am vactioned out. Which is funny I get to go to Gatlinburg tn, in a month for my wife's family vaction (please help me), Then I'm off to L.A for xmas (my family).

All this travel did get me on the ball for getting the hard drive replaced in the ibook cuz I need a computer to keep up my IT persona.

Well got to get ready for a Dreamweaver test.

X on XBOX

I was going though my tech news site links and found this OS X on a XBox. Now that's a hack. The only bad thing about this hack is you need a mod chip.

HMMM maybe Mike get XBOX now..... Na I'll just wait for a Xbox emulator

Who will I pick on now

Now that Chris is gone I have no youngsters to pick on. I would pick on Will but, he is sick all the time (diabetic) or Kelly he is bigger than me (but, I still give'em a hard time). The only one left is Adam (a new kid) but, he is not in enough of my classes for me to get out all my zingers on (he is a worthy target but, a little hyper though).

This also leave's me with a bunch of unused material, with Chris becoming an airman there is ton of stuff (I had to get him ready for bootcamp) "airman airhead", "airman Goose"(I know, he was a Navy/navagator but, he was also a nerd)... man this would have easily filled up a quarter.

Well hopefully he will keep in touch (so we can hear about the "PURE HELL" he is going through).
