Think I'll have a milk and diesel sandwich

You would think that was what everyone in Trenton was having tonight for supper, cuz these are the things that this town is low on. Other than than, I quite enjoy a good storm, watchin the weather guys freaking out and hearing the rain wash out my driveway while the in-laws call every two hours to make sure we are alright.

This weeks mash is a bit of some ol' southern fried hip rock, if you have never done some headbanging to John Denver, this song will get it out of ya.

Spiderbait vs John Denver

Well back to PS

Photoshop Monday

Had a pretty good day today, got to go to a Photoshop seminar. The speaker was Bert Monroy and he covered everything from brushes to channels (something I have been needing to work on) and would sneak in a bunch of trick in between. Now the next time I get a chance, I need to hone these new skills down so I can make some cool stuff for the ppl to look at.

Now, the only down side to our little field-trip was a bunch of work piled up on the old desk, but it could be worse, I could have nothing to do but sit around.

This weeks mash, it's a sgt peppers jungle (this is for all the lonely Sgts kicking ass for us... you guys are 1337)

Peace Out,

Mike

You want da "Mash", well then, you got it.

I noticed the other day that traffic is way up, and I know it's not my mad writing skills, hmmm... must be the mashes. So I have two that I found the other day that you might like to check out.

AC/DC and Born
SciFI (Hitchhiker's guide and space odyssey)

Enjoy

My dirty little secret

Man, I love my sweet Apple pro keyboard, but what I don't love is that it shows dirt like pigeon crap on a black muscle car. So what do I do to fix it? Put it in the dishwasher.

But Mike I thought you could only do that on nonUSB keyboards + the Apple pro keyboard has more chips that your first computer.

You are 100% right, that's why I took it apart and just washed the case and the keys. You can just wash the whole thing, but it takes too long to dry + the USB ports would get rusty after a few times of doing this.

Why didn't you just use the heat dry in the dishwasher?

One: The Apple pro keyboard is acrylic and would warp and crack the plastic.
Two: That would do more damage to the circuits than the water.

Now I wonder what would happened if I put lappy in there.

Days of confused
****Listening to GreenDay verse OASIS

Well it's been another week of short attention span, false confidence and a broken intuition, you could have flat out told it to me and I still wouldn't have got it... Or maybe I did? Anyway, I'm hoping that it's just a case of ye ol' summertime blues, funny how it never goes the way you thought it would.

One thing I Do Know is Pink Floyd IS NOT southern rock, in fact "Southern Rock Is This".

Pink Floyd is a English progressive rock group formed about 1965 with the original line up of Sid Barrett, Roger Waters, Rick Wright and Nick Mason. David Gilmour replaced Sid in 1968 and Roger left in 1983. From their early years they became known for their psychedelic 'space' music using the newly developed synthesizer along with more traditional rock instruments as they sung about alienation in modern society.

{The following facts where checked using a "what is" search On google.com and they do reflect how the author defines "southern rock" and no where that I have found classifies Pink Floyd as "southern rock"... so nanny nanny bo bo and kiss my grits}
